Editor example Default control and display options

The bubble editing options example shows how the form-options option can be used to control the display and the behaviour of the displayed form. It can sometimes be useful to set default values for the editing options, which can be done with the formOptions.bubble configuration option.

These default options for the bubble editing mode can be modified when calling bubble(), just as before, if further control is required after initialisation of the Editor form.

This example shows a title being set for display and the buttons disabled (so submission of the input is performed by pressing the enter key).

The Javascript shown below is used to initialise the table shown in this example:

In addition to the above code, the following Javascript library files are loaded for use in this example:

Editor submits and retrieves information by Ajax requests. The two blocks below show the data that Editor submits and receives, to and from the server. This is updated live as you interact with Editor so you can see what is submitted.

The following shows the data that has been submitted to the server when a request is made to add, edit or delete data from the table.
